Update: June 18, 2007
I wish to express my heartfelt appreciation to all Lofters that celebrated their fathers and presented materials to grace the event. You’re awesome!!!
Even though the consensus winner among the judges was Misi, I knew shortly after the announcement there can never be a winner nor losers; our fathers will alway be ours no matter how they are portrayed or celebrated. Fathers cannot be compared, and our feelings and love for them are unique and can’t be simply replicated, particularly on web pages such as these. What is important is remembering and appreciating them, always, in our hearts, and in whatever ways and manners we want.
My wish is to take you all out to dinner…someday this will become a reality.
Keep lofting and mingling!

If mothers are gold
Fathers are Platinum.
Before Eve, there was Adam
Before Sarah, there was Abraham
To all fathers in the world
In your homes, you shall always be the head and not the tail.
