Within hours of the coup that Captain Moussa Dadis Camara led in Guinea, many governments and international organizations around the world call for the end of the military takeover and the restoration of the former constitutional government. The only problem with the credibility of such denouncements is that it is difficult to find a nation on the planet that can claim to have evolved without a violent political transition at some point in its history.
