Can anything good come out of the ghetto?
Yes! “Where there’s darkness little light can shine”, take a look:
Ajegunle.org has received tremendous media coverage and has been presented in various for a across the world (Uganda, Ethiopia, Egypt, United Kingdom and Switzerland) as a case study on how ICTs can be used to aid development in underserved communities. The project has also been accepted as one of the projects that will compete in the British Council/Youngstar Foundation Top12 Youth Works competition.

Wow that video was a good educator. Never though Ajegunle produced that much talent. Who would have thought Ajegunle was a safe place? The impression created about Ajegunle around Lagos is it is the ghetto, the slum of the slum, a no-go area. That video definitely changed my viewpoint about the place. And its amazing how ICT is being used to improve lives! I pray the enthusiasm continues.
