   I fail to see why a phone needs to have both GSM capacity and CDMA. Can you please tell me what purpose having both serve? There is nothing mentioned here that is different to what ordinary GSM phones already do, so why the extra service. Please educate me.

   I salute the courage and vision of the founder of Visafone, Mr.Jim Ovia. the introduction of this network will further reduce the high cost being charged by other network providers, beyond that its a net work i love so much just because of the man involve Mr. Jim Ovia, he is a performer i know with him in the board Visa fone is going to be pace setter just as Zenith bank is in the banking industry. It will interest you to know that i have bought the phone already for my wife and i My number is 070250 54569. But i will like the tarrif on Visafone to Visafone be reviewed donwards if not free may be on week end or off peak periods, if this is done it will further give consumers confidence and also attract more volume sales.

    Wao, this is a great innovative job creating and profit making venture in Nigeria by a visionist Nigerian that always want any of his growth be Nigerian in all ways, this is the first man in the banking sector and I believe he will also be a pace setter in telecommunication sector and also take the lead in the sector by tackling every inconveniences of bad network in the country. Pls viasfone I want you to see the bad network coverage in the country by other service provider as an opportunity for you to make more money by making all of your services improved than even GSM network.     It is great to know that a new telecommunications company has emerged in Nigeria and through someone i have a great respect for, Dr. Jim Ovia. My problem is, what promise does Visafone hold for Nigerian youths who have been seriously searching for jobs for as long as they care to remember in the telecomms industry without success, simply because they graduated from the Polytechnics and not Universities even though they studied Electronics/Telecommunications?
    Sincerely, it hurts to see the way employers of labour are treating HND holders in Nigeria and i pray that Visafone would not tag along with this culture of discrimination.     I bought Visa fone a day after it was launched.Am glad to say i ve been enjoying the services.It’s quite cheap to call other networks and it is one time dialing you are connected,Voice clarity is also good.Please could you let me know the cities you are in presently as this will enable me know if i can buy one for my Dad.
