I opened an account and paid in yesterday. But I have so far been unable to fund my graphcard account through your system. It keeps returning "incorrect information". I have entered correctly the password and pin many times today. What should I do again.

how do someone register for namibia phone number which is 9 digit number but ur system require xxx-xxx-xxxx if we are to go by it then namibia number will be of the form xxx-xxx-xxx which is not accepted by ur system. what is the way forward
